The service was great. There was a problem with the shipping and the store made it really easy to chase this up and replaced the item. The store was aware of the the item having been damaged in transport and thus did not deliver it, however it did take me to contact them to see where the item had gone before they advised of the problem. The blinds themselves are easy to assemble. The only feedback I have is that the colours are not as bright as they look in the picture. But it definitely serves its purpose.
